• Niceville man (Andrew Griswold) sentenced to 75 days in jail for role in Jan. 6 Capitol riot ESCAMBIA COUNTY, Fla. -- A Niceville man who pleaded guilty to charges in the Jan. 6 riot at the U. S. Capitol was sentenced Wednesday to 75 days in jail.

Capitol during the January 2021 insurrection. Andrew William Griswold, 33, pleaded guilty to a civil disorder charge in District of Columbia federal court, according to court records.
