New York Man (Anthony Vuksanaj) Sentenced to Jail Time After His Own Phone Recording Undermined Claim That He Didn’t See Violence on Jan. 6 A man from New York state who spent about 40 minutes in the U.S. Capitol building on Jan. 6 has been sentenced to intermittent jail time and three years of probation after pleading guilty to a misdemeanor.
