• Feds, at hearing for Jan. 6 defendant Anthony Puma, say he needs to let pretrial officers access all areas of his property, even that spot out back where he was growing marijuana (legally under state law). He'd earlier tested positive, but that "wasn't unexpected" per defense.

• Brownstown Township man faces federal charges for taking part in Jan. 6 Capitol riot The FBI also found what Puma posted on social media where according to them he wrote, ”... You never know we might have to start killing some commie (expletives). #stopthesteal.”

Thursday the 27th

• Capitol defendant Anthony Puma arrested in Michigan today. Feds talked to him in January and got his GoPro footage.
• n charging documents, FBI agent says Jan 6 defendant Anthony Puma of Michigan posted the following on Facebook on *January 5* "We are here. What time do we storm the House of Representatives?" "Hopefully we are storming the House of Representatives tomorrow at 1pm"
• Metro Detroit man charged with breaking into Capitol Anthony Michael Puma is the ninth person from Michigan charged federal crimes for breaking into the U.S. Capitol during the Jan. 6 insurrection.
