Knoxville man (Clifford James Meteer) who entered the Capitol on January 6th sentenced to 60 days in prison Prosecutors said Cliff Meteer spent 31 minutes inside the Capitol. For those 31 minutes, Judge Carl Nichols sentenced Meteer to 60 days of incarceration.
