• Judge denies Capitol rioter's (Dominic Pezzola) request to reconsider ruling A Rochester man charged in connection with the Capitol Riots on Jan. 6th, asked a judge to reconsider his ruling. Dominic Pezzola will remain in jail after being held on federal charges. Some of his charges include conspiracy and assaulting an officer. Prosecutors say Pezzola stole an officers riot shield on Jan. 6th, and used it to break down a window at the Capitol. A judge denied Pezzola's request to reconsider the charges so he will remain in custody until further notice.
