• S. Carolina man indicted for assault on law enforcement during Capitol breach: Officials An Anderson man has been indicted for crimes stemming from the Jan. 6 breach of the U. S. Capitol, according to Rhett DeHart, the Acting United States Attorney for the District of South Carolina. George Amos Tenney III, 35, faces three felony charges, including assaulting, resisting, or impeding certain officers, civil disorder, and obstructing an official proceeding, along with six other misdemeanor charges.
