• The DOJ just filed a 404(b) notice in Proud Boy Joshua Pruitt's case notifying the defense they intend to use evidence of "other crimes, wrongs or acts" at his trial. Prosecutors have already said they have multiple reports of his threatening behavior on- and offline.

• Judge Orders Jail for Proud Boy (Joshua Pruitt) Seen Throwing ‘Quiet Please’ Sign Across Capitol Atrium on Jan. 6 After Multiple Curfew Violations A federal judge has ordered a Proud Boy who was seen on video throwing a pedestal sign inside the Capitol building on Jan. 6 back to jail, after multiple violations of his court-ordered curfew.

Friday the 7th

• The DOJ says Proud Boy Joshua Pruitt has repeatedly violated his release. They've received multiple reports of him threatening people, including an ex, who said he sent videos of himself playing with a knife & outside her apartment.
