• As for (Charles Bradford) Smith, prosecutors say that he got a K-bar knife in preparation for Jan. 6, calling it his "Military killin knife" on Facebook. "Just needed a good one for DC," he wrote.
• Prosecutors have unsealed a new Capitol riot conspiracy case. It charges Marshall Neefe and Charles Bradford Smith w/conspiring to obstruct the work of Congress on Jan. 6.
• Pennsylvania Men (Marshall Neefe and Charles Bradford Smith) Indicted for Conspiracy and Assault on Law Enforcement During Jan. 6 Capitol Breach
• "Hot damn son i really wanna crack some commie skulls," (Marshall) Neefe wrote to Smith on Facebook messenger in December. He also sent a photo of a wooden club he made to Smith & others with a caption reading, "Now introducing The Commie Knocker."
