Thomas and Marilyn Fassell were arrested Wednesday for joining in the 1/6 riot, per charging docs unsealed overnight. Investigators flagged a selfie Marilyn took of herself smoking a cigarette while inside the CapitolLargo woman (Marilyn Fassell) smoked in Capitol during riot. Now she, husband (Thomas Fassell) face charges. Marilyn and Thomas Fassell turned themselves in Wednesday. “This is a joke if you ask me,” the wife said of their arrests.
